Job Description

Completing accounts payable and accounts receivable statement reconciliation within given timelines for set of accounts; by resolving mismatches identified in reconciliation.
Prioritizing calls/ meetings with suppliers to reconcile statements and understand any issues.
Working collaboratively with various finance teams (P2P; C2C and R2R) to resolve issues.
Should have strong knowledge of P2P; C2C and basics of accounting to understand and solve balance mismatches.
Recognizing customer priorities when providing insights and making recommendations in-line with these; highlighting potential business impacts.
Recognizing and advising others on the most relevant information sources based on the insights/data required.
Overseeing end-to-end production of reports/ statements as an expert in a particular area or function.
Taking accountability for ensuring accuracy and integrity of overall reporting and compliance to relevant requirements.
Driving continuous improvement of reporting processes; incl. driving integrity and compliance; and challenging effectiveness of regular reporting.

Qualifications

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Basic MS Office – Excel, Word Eye-to-Detail Speed and Accuracy Planning and Organising Basic Numeracy skills

Experience in P2P/ C2C/ R2R processes. End to end knowledge of P2P/ C2C processes. Ability to work on large data sets to perform trend analysis and review data using any Statistical tools. Preferable experience of working on any ERP Preferable knowledge of Financial Processing and Control and Compliance
